Mitrović is a Serbian professional footballer who currently plays as a forward for French Ligue 1 club Monaco. He was born on September 27, 1994 in Belgrade, Serbia.
Mitrovic's career began at the youth academy of FK Partizan Belgrade, where he played until 2011. In 2011, Mitrovic moved to Austria and joined Rapid Wien. He spent two seasons with Rapid before moving to Italy and joining Serie A side Fiorentina in 2014. Mitrovic made his debut for Fiorentina in the 2014-2015 season and scored 18 goals in 36 appearances.
